1.2 Refund for Failed Transactions: If your account is debited for a deposit, but the amount is not credited to your gaming account, you may raise a claim with our support team. If verified, the amount will be refunded or credited within 7-10 business days.
1.3 Technical Failures: If a service failure on our end prevents you from accessing or using our platform after a successful transaction, we may issue a refund after verification.
1.4 Duplicate Transactions: If you accidentally make multiple deposits, you may request a refund for the excess amount within 24 hours of the transaction, subject to review and approval.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Game Entry Fees: Once a user joins a real-money game, the entry fee is non-refundable unless a game is canceled due to a technical issue or a platform error.
2.2 Tournament Cancellations: If a scheduled tournament is canceled due to technical issues, all buy-in amounts will be refunded to players.
2.3 Voluntary Account Closure: If you request to close your account, any remaining balance will be refunded after necessary deductions (if applicable), subject to verification.
3.1 KYC Verification Required: Refunds and withdrawals will only be processed for accounts that have completed KYC verification with valid ID and address proof.
3.2 Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
